    Mr. ***** ********** First came to me after picking up a dispatch call from my home warranty company known as choice home warranty. The course of the last three months, Mr. ********** put a motor fan, a new thermostat and a new board in my HVAC system all of which wasdone incorrectly and led to me having to get a entirely new system. He is not answering the calls from my warranty company. He never submitted any of the work completed, and therefore has left me in a financial hardship after telling me he was going to figuresomething out and help me navigate the warranty system. I am not sure why this person did this I didnt need an entirely new system, even it was 17 years old. This started out as morning, routine, maintenance, and concerns that I had a burning smell coming from my ductwork that he assured me was perfectlyfine. The thermostat he installed, did not match the system after the diagnostics with another company. It was also found that he bypassed several things, and it appeared that intentionally did this in efforts to move towards replacing the entire system. The board he used was universal and did not match my system and the motor that he installed wasntsecured properly and was over running, which also created a huge bill for me. It was also very loud in which he stated because my house so old. The noise was normal. This is where I need for sure this person did not know what he was doing and he was absolutely incorrect.He has cost me over $18,000 and I want my money back. He should be held responsible for this. I have also filed a complaint on home warranty because I submitted proper documentation for the reimbursement portion of their warranty and now they are trying not to pay I think its important that people need to refrain from hiring Mr. *********** I have also forewarned the home warranty company that perhaps they should reconsider their contract with him since hewasnt responsible enough to submit any of the work, but I have proof
