    I gave him a $3500 advance and he did not complete the renovations in my home. He agreed to fix my stairs and paint , make repairs etc… I even gave him furniture out of the kindness from my heart . When I asked for a resolution for him to complete the job or return my money he said “ sue me” and blocked my phone number .

    The agreement was $5000 for paint every 3th floor and second floor and carpet in two rooms floor in the hallway take out baseboards of the living room all of that is done they stared to add more things fix screen windows fix me door garage 

    For sf of painting I’m charging 4 dollar sf  I paint 1500 sf in their house they just have give me 3500 and carpet installation $400 a room I change carpet in two rooms so 

    I lot of work is being done
