      I sent a lot of smaller and a few larger items to this shop back in March 15, 2024 to get Gold, Nickel and Chrome Plated. Everything was super organized, marked and separated on what needed to be done. I had talked to **** at the end of 2023 and then shortly before I sent this off to him in March 2024 to make sure he was ok on doing this and he had the time. He agreed to work on this and just needed to see everything 1st before he would give me a price. After he got the items it took several weeks just to even get back to him and he looked everything over and said he would give me a price. Weeks to a month went by and got no response so I called him and he said he would be working on it soon. Well fast forward it to today, this project has not been completed and everytime I get in touch with him I get some of the usual excuses, he is on a long vacation, health issues, shop issues, you name it. I have asked several times for all of this to just be returned to me undone and then I can go else where, no hard feelings and I never get a response other than were do this next week and then 2 weeks go by and nothing. This has now been 5 Months and nothing has been even touched. I am at the end of the road and need this stuff back now, I dont care if it is done, I found other places that can do this and I need these parts to completed my projects before it gets cold. I have been communicating by text messages as that seems to only work.My desire settlement is for everything to be return even if it is not done ASAP. Thanks.

      I am rejecting this response because: **** did contact me last week saying he was working on it but I have yet to have it completed or just sent back undone. I thought it would be all done and or sent back last week or early this week but have not heard back yet. I will contact him today to see what is going on. Just wanted to keep this open until my stuff is back in my hand. Thanks.
