    I ordered a sink. Over $600. The sink was not actually in stock. I was never informed of this. I have tried calling, emailing, instant messaging on their website, and sent a message on ********* They have never replied. PayPal is trying to get my money back. No response from EEX so far. have given them many opportunities to respond. I have since seen many reviews citing the same experience.

    So far my experience with Exclusive Exotic X, LLC has been "less than perfect". Be careful when you decide to buy from them! Their customer service gets back to you fairly fast, but with twisted excuses. Trying to get a price match (as they advertise) is impossible, even if you provide multiple dealer examples of lower costs. They even told me I was getting the best deal with them because they don't charge sales tax?? I live in a state with NO SALES TAX!! I purchased from them due to a SPEEDY DELIVERY promised on web site. They even backed up delivery promise with an Email saying item would arrive by the end of current week and they would contact me with delivery tracking information. I had to email them again, and do a lot of phoning around to finally get a corrected tracking number and find out DELIVERY WAS OUT QUITE A WAYS".! As I was no longer going to be available to inspect and sign for purchase on this delayed date, I asked for suggestions. Purchase had been sitting in Salt Lake, but they still suggested hurricanes may be delaying delivery! They in turn asked me to basically "figure it out." I called them as soon as anyone was available to take a call and they knew from day one when I needed the item. They gave me an excuse it was already on the truck and coming my way and their speedy delivery( why I chose them), plus no sales tax (which meant nothing to me) were why they charged more than many competitors. A lot of double talk. !
