******** came to look at our electric gate that would not properly open and close. He told us it was due to the gate arm piece being broken and someone must have hit it which was not true.I agreed to buy the new arm piece because if it was broken (no matter how it broke) I needed it repaired. They quoted me $225 service charge and $900+ for a new arm and install. I signed the contract and the next day he showed up with the wrong gate arm. ******** came back again the following day with his brother who also confirmed it was the gate arm but now I needed to wait to have it fixed because they forgot to bring the attached plate to hook it on because they broke my picket on my gate. They said they would be back shortly and never returned. I texted him and he apologized. And stated we will be back tomorrow. ;this job is less than an hour job that turned into 3 days. He showed up the next day and then proceeds to tell me the wire was cut and I needed to replace that .. and he should have checked that first but he didnt. So now I need to pay for a new wire. I said that made no sense to me, and now I dont know if he was lying about my arm being broken. I told him I needed to talk to my husband because it sounded fishy to me. He then took my broken arm without permission as if I would have no choice but to believe him. My husband called ****** the owner to discuss the concerns who was dismissive and rude (family owned business) we requested a refund for the $225 since the techs were wrong and demanded our arm piece back. ******** finally agreed and was sent back to give us our gate arm and still trying to justify his s**** *** and still convince us hes giving us back a useless arm. We had a a new company company out yesterday, who reattached our so called broken arm , and placed a new wire that was cut by our landscapers by mistake 2 hours later and only $400 dollars. Customers need to be aware of this company. They are incompetent and thiefs, liars.
