      These people contacted me saying I owe a loan that I had not taken out and they took 100 dollars out of my account then today I get a call saying the payment declined but my credit card company says its fraudulent so I want my 100 dollars credited back to me or Im seeking legal representation

      I was contacted multiple times during the work day, all of which were in regards to a debt that I do not recall owing. The mediator. On the phone mandated I retrieve my debit card information otherwise my file would be passed to judgment. Even a simple can you please contact me after 5:00, I am at work was not suitable for this representative. This was the most stressful, harassing conversation Ive ever had. After doing much research on the DocuSign they sent me, it states they can give customers 48 hours to change their payment. I sure never received any of that wonderful flexibility? i sent an email to the admin account I received and no response and after speaking with my own attorney, all of this is crosses so many legal boundaries. Until I am mailed paperwork outlining the debt, and not some Word document formatted DocuSign I will not pay a *****.

      I received a call advising I have an arbitration against me for a loan from 2011-2012. I told the representative that I did not recall receiving a loan and stated could you send me an original copy of the loan agreement. I gave the representative my email address to send me a copy but unfortunately, I did not receive and original document but a letter which still did not prove to be mine. I told the representative that was not sufficient for me, and the address listed was not mine, the rep begins to get hostile and say that was a human error and she would no longer go back and for with me and would be calling my HR department. The representative is continuously calling my phone.

      Called me saying i have a payday loan that I owe from 2018 which i don't remember ever taking out a payday loan that year. **** was rude and kept saying everything everyone else has said. It sounded legit till i kept searching and found really no proof other than a website of this company and horrible reviews. I gave them my card information but now im doubting it is even true. From $1009 or so that I "owe" they dropped my amount to $200. This all feels like a scam. No email has been sent out and they said i may get it before i have to pay the $200 but when i dealt with a legit company they had all my information i needed and sent me proof when i asked for it which this company did not send anything not even the information of the loan they day i took out the company they said i took it out from was installment loan experts which i searched for and got nothing either. So nothing made sense
