    ****** sent us the final invoice to include: Replace carpet with LVP flooring with 20mil; ************* Creek Floors ****sq ft @ $4.75/ft totallong $5,985.00; Replace stair steps to new red oak treads to match stain of flooring, also install primed white raiser, 30ct at $130.00/tread and riser totaling $3,900.00; Remove and install new stair spindles; Labor and materials $385.00 $385.00 (he ended up using used ones); Replace 5 stair post, refinish to match steps 5ct at $320.00/Ct totaling $1,600.00; Install quarter round- primed white - material and labor. He received first half of the payment on the 2nd and 3rd of May via Zelle (it took 2 days due to Zelle capped **** policy.) He then proceeded to begin working and has not finished the job. The work that he has done, it was done very poorly. He hired workers that were learning and didnt provide them with enough training. He ghosted us multiple times. After going back and forth, he kept the money and did not return. He promised to refund a reasonable amount so we can get other contra tires to fix what he had done quite badly, and he has been ghosting us since.
