    This is intended solely to warn end users and sub contractors alike about poor business practices by Verde Homes.Back in June of this year I was contacted by ******************************* of Verde Homes to provide an estimate for gutter installation on a Verde project. We agreed to terms and provided a service that has been painstakingly regrettable. There is zero accountability to their clients. A third party software program is used to coordinate and certify all projects which is exceptionally buggy and has miles of red tape to maneuver. This, in my opinion, is used to delay forward progress and when issues are reported they leave the user to fend for themselves. They knowingly changed the format in which our proposal was made to deter an appropriate time table to certify our services rendered resulting in major delays across the board. Nobody was willing or able to take accountability to make things right, instead the buck was passed. After weeks of no change I was contacted by ***************, the C.O.O who only made more false promises and now cannot be reached. To make matters worse, we as a company are still owed near $4,000 for our services but again there is legal recourse for that and not the nature of this complaint. Home buyers and sub contractors beware, think twice before hiring Verde Homes because efficacy and client care is sorely lacking!
