    I appreciate your response. Its unfortunate that a bad review & thru BBB is the way to get attention. I know there was some reluctance on the amount of repair. As of 3/6/2025 I have yet to receive a comprehensive repair punch list and schedule. I ************ and their contractor will stand by their customer satisfaction and quality of work. I challenge Vitalii and Ukie painting to live by their words. I was and still am open to communication. The feedback should stay as is since the negative feedback is based on customer service and more importantly workmanship.

After learning about the issue, we promptly reached out, met in person to assess the paint fading concerns, and have since created a call-back ticket to address and resolve the issue. We are fully committed to ensuring the work meets expectations and will be handling any necessary fixes as part of our service commitment.

    We had Ukie painting paint the interior walls of our home at the end of November. They charged us what a professional painting company would normally charge. The painters were very kind. When the job was almost done, the project manager came to inspect and put a few tapes on the walls that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately, after they left we noticed A LOT more areas that needed to be fixed such as many areas of touch up paint that are required after tape was removed, many areas that walls were only painted ONE coat when contract stated TWO coats, areas were touch *** were done but are clearly noticeable by the difference in paint, peeling paint due to areas that were not properly prepped, damaged walls that were not prepped as initially requested when signing the contract and too many ************* left in the walls that were basically just painted over, windows that were never caulked, as well as an office ************ that were never painted. I've reached out to both my initial contact ********* via text (he said he would get back to me) as well as the owner via the Customer Satisfaction Survey and never heard back from either. We would like for them to come and see what the issues are and fix them properly or refund us $3,000.00 so we can get someone else to finish the job properly. We thought we hired a professional painting company, but this does not seem to be the case.

    On Jan 16 2023 I contacted Ukie painting Via phone and email in reference to the chipping and peeling on my cabinets and island that this company had painted 10 months prior to me making contact .We were given a two year warranty when we purchased the service back in March 2022,After sending pictures and emailing on multiple occasions and getting no response on when the repairs would be made ,we have no.choice but to file a complaint.Our mother has passed away and this situation is causing more stress.At this point we are requesting a full refund for not honoring the said warranty .
