    Excellent customer service. We still had a toilet leak after ERB’s initial service call, and they quickly got someone out to address the issue, with no service fee. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, made some adjustments, and ran several tests to make sure everything was working correctly.

    *** ****** was our repairman. He was great. Pleasant, courteous, very knowledgeable. He worked on the plumbing on our church after one other plumber had been unable to fix the problem. Once the repair was made *** cleaned the work site before leaving so that everything looked great. Not what he found when he arrived here. Thank you so much ***. You are an asset to your employer, who by the way is an excellent overall plumbing service.
