    I have been a Customer of ********* (formally ***** HVAC ) for 30 years and have maintained a service agreement for the same time frame. Last month the fan quit working on my downstairs unit. They came out, charged a service charge, replaced a $20 capacitor that took ***** minutes *** and charged me $377.84 . I complained as was told that that is their going rate. So much for Customer loyalty. Stay away from this Company. Don't get ripped off like I was.

    ******* always does a great job when here. He's thorough in explaining what's going on and shows me any possible issues. I never feel pressured to get anything fixed that doesn't necessarily need to be. He is a primary reason I am a repeat customer.
