I started treatment on August 14 2023 and ended on October 9th 2023. With 2 sessions a week during this time. The treatment was not helping my back and therefore I canceled all future treatments upon notifying them.I started calling every week since the 9th of October to speak with the owner ( who never returned my call). They stated they would reembursh my money for the unused portion. They gave me back $45.00, this is a joke! Someone does not know how to do math. My reemburshment should be a lot more then that. They billed my insurance company cigna for services rendered and also charged me my copay. The amount owed me is half what I paid.Thank you.

In responser to the complaint, *** was advised on the recommendations by the medical team , and his treatment options were presented to him.

*** , voluntarily accepted to move forward with treatment and the therapies advised on by the medical team.

*** was offered to make any changes or choices of the items presented.

As the financial breakdown form shows , and was described in detail in the conversation with ***************** to him choosing to proceed.... We only charged for 18 of the 36 visits of the ******* of ****** Decompression.

*** completed 17 of his visits with us..... We provided an email detailing this and offering *** to discuss if he did not understand and or agree with the refunded amount. The next thing we see , is this email and a bad review today on Goggle.

*** is a nice man, he id frustrated with his pain level and lack of results in the treatments he attended.... *** , reminder that the team recommended 36 visits of care and he stopped at 17....

We see this from time to time and it is unfortunate.

We wished he had gotten better results as many of our patients typically do.

Please see both attachments , one showing the recommended visits and financial breakdown as the next page is a daily encounter form that shows the visits and therapies performed, the second attachment is an email I sent to him on the 9th of november...

I am rejecting this response because:
If you look at agreement my responsibility is on right side of form for **** which was my copay. ***** services are in the middle to be billed for services. At 35 visits my total was **** and since I have 18 visits left that's ****** that was not used. Even at 20 a visit that's ****** just for visit fee. You are trying to offset all medical fees out of my funds which is billed to cigna, I only have a copay not the complete bill.
Also, everytime I called they said you were unavailable but would send you a message to call me back. I received 1 email stating the ***** reemburshment and if you read that email even those figures don't add up.
Your services were not working for me and I spoke to Dr. ***** it and as he stated if I'm not getting better then just withdraw and he would reembursh me the unused portion I paid. That's what I did. The way you have it the last 18 visit would be free since I only had ***** left in account, the math doesn't add up.

I can not be more clear, we charged a $20 copay for 18 visits of PT and Chiro.

We also charged $1800.00 for 18 spinal decompression sessions that are not covered....

I offered to discuss when I emailed and apologized for missing the initial call.

We are sorry that *** did not get the results that most of our patients get, yet .

We performed the treatments, he only paid for what he received.......

Without *** giving us his math for the refund he expects , I am not able to continue to go back and forth , the financial agreement of services offered was signed by *** after an extensive conversation with me , going over each item line by line....

*** was in full agreement at the time.

*** just saying the math does not add up , is him not reading the document he agreed to.

And the BBB not looking at the document and seeing that we inform our patients in advance of any and all out of pocket charges , every other medical office just sends bills to the patients after the treatments...

If *** provides an exact dollar he expects and exactly how he comes to that dollar , then he and I can talk...

We performed the treatments and he received the treatments at our office , of his own free will to come to our office...
