    I went to the dentist and was told my insurance would pay half the bill and my half would be 600 dollars! I paid on the spot only to get a bill a month later for 400 more dollars saying my insurance only paid 200 dollars! If they had told me it would cost that much then I would have said no! Because I dont have that kind of money! The dentist sent me a copy of what they said was the confirmation the insurance said they would pay but the insurance company says they never received anything! And never committed to paying! Snow endodontics **** ************* ****** ** and the insurance is colonial life member number **********! And I was lied to and they want me to pay! I wouldnt recommend either one of these scammers to anyone! Times are too hard to be playing with peoples hard earned money! You can call me at ************

    Patient fees are estimated prior to treatment based on what insurance is estimated to pay towards services rendered. It is explained to patients that fees are estimated and dependent upon what insurance ends up paying.  We attempt to give the most accurate estimated fee but cannot dictate what services or percentages insurances end up paying.
    This patient previously had dental insurance which covered all procedures at 100%.  The dental insurance that the patient currently has covers much less with lower percentages being paid towards most procedures. 
    In this case, his insurance paid out much less than estimated before treatment which left patient with a higher than estimated balance.  This was explained to the patient. 
    It is not general practice for our office to allow balances to be paid in installments.  With consideration of the hardship this has caused the patient, we have offered to allow him to pay off the balance in installments.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It was not explained to me or I would have rejected the offer not knowing what to expect! The insurance told me they never did formally request a quote and when they do give one they send it out to me also! That I may not be caught **** guard so ******* is not being forthcoming or truthful! If you contact the insurance company they will explain the same! Who gets that much work done knowing the insurance will not cover but 200 of a 1200 dollars procedure ! ******* will you do what youre asking me to do or is deception your way of business
