I called for a tune up special but ended up, happily with a better built door due to *********************** efforts. I knew the springs were not adjusted properly because the door manually was too heavy.After new springs, pulleys, rollers, cables and an adjusted drive chain all is well and protected for as long as I live here. It was money well spent. Then ****** quickly and correctly changed the door code and coded our cars to the system. Until the opener motor goes, I won't need servicing for a long time.

The install was done well. However, we are very dissatisfied with the door itself. This Haus door, as the installer referred to it, is covered in excessive spots of what appears to be a component of white glue/caulk all over it. The installer stated this has been an ongoing issue. We want it removed. It cannot be removed by using a sharp instrument. The door would be marred with scratches. We expect Precision to address this issue. We did not pay for a door that is an unsightly mess. I would be happy to share/send pictures.Precision Garage Door Service
