    It I could leave zero stars I would. I was referred to ********************* for a septic drain field relocation I needed on my property. His initial response was timely and courteous and a fair price, so we agreed to move forward with the work. He initially stated he would be able to complete the work within 2-3 weeks, so we patiently waited. I continued to request updates as the weeks passed. After about 3 weeks, he responded and stated he had emergency surgery and his work was being delayed about 2 weeks. Again, I patiently waited and asked for updates - would hear back several days later stating the end of this week probably or by next week at the latest. Weeks passed and we are now almost 8 weeks from the initial contact. He has just stopped responding to me altogether now. No contact to even state he cannot complete the job, no apologies, no communication whatsoever. I am now left 8 weeks behind on a project and scrambling to find a new septic contractor. Just very dissatisfied and disappointed in ********************* and his poor work ethic. Extremely unprofessional!
