      rarely leave reviews, but I hope this saves others from the frustrating experience I had.Communication was poor from the startno response to my inquiry until my contractor contacted the owner directly. No one had our name at our scheduled showroom visit, though they fit us in. We selected our materials and specified a waterfall edge for a bar top and a bathroom top which the salesperson acknowledged over ******** took over two weeks and several follow-ups just to get an estimate. After signing the contract, they took another 10 days to measure, then tried to increase the price by $500 for features we had specified and they acknowledged. They eventually reduced it to half after admitting it was their mistake.On installation day, they showed up at 6pmoutside our HOAs work hoursso they left the countertop and left. It even turned out to be the wrong material, leaving us without a working bathroom sink for three days during a remodel.They fixed it, but the bar top measurements were wrong, and they had to cut out some of the granite we paid for. The owner did call to apologize for the entire experience so I give them some credit. They also offered a small discount, but the final invoice inflated the square footage slightly - probably to account for the "discount". The invoice was sent at 3:45pm and was due the same day, with a penalty clause for past due so you couldn't even dispute the extra square footage.The stone looks fine, but the experience was disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. I would rather spend my money at a different business next time.

      Have used East Cost Tile for several projects in past. STAY AWAY from them now Poor customer service and disregard for customer. Not even a call back after leaving numerous messages.**** was cut wrong due to communication errors with their workers. Suppose to cut small piece of wood door frame to fit slab in place. Instead they cut the granite slab and left a space of over inch down one side. Poor workmanship and for owner not to even return message- rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

      We had such a great experience at East Coast Granite when we were doing home renovations of our bathrooms & dining room. *********************** was so helpful & patient! We would highly recommend East Coast ************************************************* and have!! Installation of everything was perfect! **************

      We had the best experience with ECG! From the initial visit and getting paired with Stuart * to help answer all questions and give us the grand tour. The process was so easy. Great selection and countertops turned out even better than expectedwith a quick turnaround time after template was made. Highly recommended and would definitely be back for any countertops needs.

      We recently bought an old house and decided to renovate the whole thing. Originally we were going to keep the cabinets but then decided to shop around. I ended up speaking with *********************** with ECG and he was very excited for us. He was able to meet with us right away. We brought some color samples with us and he took us directly to the most beautiful piece of stone. It was perfect. He worked with us on pricing and install. Recommended some things we never thought about. A few weeks later we asked him about cabinets and put us in contact with ****. **** was amazing. She put together a design that worked so great with the rest of the home. Our cabinets were ready within weeks, then the counters were installed. Everyone that we worked with at ECG was so helpful, pleasant and professional. They have a great team there will will most definitely recommend them to anyone. THank you ECG for helping us with our dream home.
