    I found out about the helping hands reimbursement program and used them to get setup to receive formula. This company was chosen for the supplier for the nutramigen formula prescribed by my daughter’s pediatrician. After receiving the formula January-April they randomly stopped sending it. I waited a few weeks to see if maybe they shipped it later on but never received any and so I contacted them. The gentleman I spoke with said he would look into it and call me back. Fast forward 10 days later I called back because I hadn’t heard from them. I spoke to a gentleman who told me they no longer had a bulk supplier for this formula and did not know when they would get one and I was also informed that my daughter’s insurance had only paid for the very first shipment. I contacted the insurance company and they informed me the claims were not accurate and they reached out to the company to discuss how to fix the claims and refile. After speaking with the insurance company I did reach out to the helping hands reimbursement program to see if they had another supplier. They checked somethings and contacted superior home medical and received a little more information about my daughter’s case. They told the helping hands reimbursement case manager that the main reason they stopped sending formula was because they had only received one payment from insurance. They never once sent me a letter, called me or anything to notify me that we would not be receiving anymore shipments. That is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don’t understand why as a “business” they never contacted me about any of this. I would never recommend a company to anyone who doesn’t communicate with their customers and gives two slightly different stories.
