    We were customers of Alexander Lawn Service for over a decade. During this time, they provided below average services, constantly complained about the weather and used any excuse if the lawn looked bad. It was never in their control, yet they demanded payment in full. The owner, ****** was never short on words or blame. After providing us with the worst looking lawn on our street this past summer, he and his wife refused to discuss any solutions or compromises. They threatened us and badgered us for payment in full and we finally realized that they must be desperate for money and sent them a check to put a stop to the coarse email exchange. The sons, who work in the business, actually agreed that the lawn looked terrible and deferred to their father ****** for the solution. Solutions, or compromises or discussions never came. We have photos of the lawn that show dead, dying grass, weeds everywhere and bald spots. Stay away. Eventually, you will also find yourself in our situation.

    ****************** is full of lies. We have proof of why we terminated services. First of all it was her husband **************************** whom approached our company to provide services. Mrs ********************************* was never on the account but absolutely refused to give us a direct number to ****************************. For years Mrs ********************************* would withhold the payments for services and we were finally at the point that we could no longer service ********************** account. Mrs ********************************* states we were desperate for money, which is completely a lie. We only asked for more-the money owed so we could permanently close this account. We were at the point of attaining an attorney to put a judgement on ********************** account. When Mrs ********************************* realized that ********************** account was going public in a judgement is only then that she decided to send in the money rightfully owed to our company. Unfortunately we truly believed that Mrs ********************************* had withheld any information to ********************** account was very passed due. I have the proof of non payments and along with legal documents of why this account was passed due. Unfortunately I pity anyone that is willing to service the *******************. I hope they collect money before they provide any service or they will end ** in the same situation that we were in.
