    I have been going to this store at least once or twice a week now for about a month and each time I have came to the store it is so hot in there as if the A/C is not working one girl is pregnant and be about to pass out and the other lady have to fan they self. Even us as the customers are fanning while in-line. The owner just keeps saying its because the door open and shut all day long thats full of c*** They should invest in a new unit or something no need for it to be 100 outside and the inside feel just as hot.

    Our ** unit is working FINE. It is very simple to file a complaint without knowing what exactly going on. The way this building design, the ** vents is ONLY at the back of the store by the back door, so the back room and bathroom always colder than the front of the house. Being we are a busy store, when there is a full house, it definitely feels warmer. If customer comes in the early morning or when there is no line, i can guarantee he will not feel hot. We have our regularly maintenance done to our ** unit and even our maintenance people advise us the only way to maintain the cold air is trying to main door shut which is impossible for us for the type of business we are in.  it is common sense to ensure ** is working during business hours during summer time. As a small business owner, i know how important to ensure everything done in a proper way.

    I went to the UPS Store to have copies made of packets that I use in the daily operation of my business. I asked the associate to make 5 stapled packets. When I noticed that my papers were coming out of the copier machine unstapled, I repeated the request for stapled packets. The associate told me that she would staple the packets by hand. The associate attempted to staple the packet and the stapler was not strong enough. Prior to the completion of the job, I paid my bill. The manager on duty came out and told me that the packet could not be stapled. I asked for a refund and my request was refused. I would like a full refund of $65.39

    first of all, this customer came into the ********************** and approached to our associate with some attitude already after we advised her we would help her with her copy needs in the back counter printer. Then my associate was helping her with the 250 copies. Nothing was messed up. After she requested to staple her paperwork, my manger advised her that our printer could not staple automatically, we would have to use hand stapler. But customer insisted our printer does staple job. Customer did not stop us finishing her copy job by then. After copies were made, we were polite enough and tried to use our commercial stapler to staple her paperwork, however, due to the thickness of the paperwork, we were unable to. So i do not appreciate the attitude customer approached to us afterwards as we are all equal. And nothing is free nowadays, i can understand for a partial store credit or partial refund if she was willing to communicate nicely, but definitely not a full refund! Everything cost money and as a small business owner, i run my store as hard as i can, but not to be threaten by customer like this.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the response is riddled with grammatical errors and is unprofessional.   Please specify the amount of a partial refund, if that is being offered.  

    Also, how could I stop the job when I was told that the packets would be stapled after copying was complete?   The manager could have offered other options, such as binding.

    I reiterate, the manager is unprofessional and could benefit from training related to customer interactions and problem solving copy issues.  

    II will consider accepting a partial refund or having the packets spiral bound.

    Thank you for your response. I wish we could communicate like this when i initially on the phone with you, then everything would have been fixed by then. However, just to show my respect to you as a customer and appreciate you even consider to use my location at first place to make copies for your business, i am willing to offer you free spiral binding for your 5 induvial packets, if you are willing to take this option, i will be at the store this Saturday 7/22 from 9-3 and i am happy to help you with that. Please let me know.
