    I'm moving for the first time and I had a lot of worries as my belongings were too big for my new house, but the team that came took care of everything perfectly. They came in the morning at the time they were told, and they quickly took care of the packaging, I had a huge mirror that I was afraid of breaking, and they delivered it to the new house safely. Great determination and professionalism.

    I had an exceptional experience with Wayflowers Van Lines. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. The communication leading up to the move was clear, and they provided a detailed estimate that was accurate to the final cost.On moving day, the crew arrived on time and was incredibly organized. They handled my belongings with care, ensuring everything was properly packed and protected. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the entire process went, and it relieved a lot of stress for me.

    We used this company because had limited time, international travels, other restrictions and limited options at the time, what a mistake we did! They have good sales people but they use local contractors to do the wrapping, carrying, unpacking etc. and it was a disaster. First of all of, although they came an gave a price and confirmed that our stuff would be less than the space used to give the quote in the day of moving, they wanted to charge 20% more ($~1,800) because they horrible placed the stuff in the truck and it was over the size they quoted us. Secondly, they lost our Dyson in its box, my grill, patio furniture and broke 2 floor lamps and, a tv stand. They told me to file a claim, but would be paid by the pound, so itd be at most ****** bucks. Thirdly, there were so many mice droppings I cannot even explain. We had to clean everything with sanitizers for weeks. Such a horrible service and what a shamble of a company that takes advantage of people. I just cannot believe government still allows these kinda firms operate in this beautiful country.

    The worst as others have written. They take NO responsibility for alleged cost increases. Once they have your goods in their truck, you are at their mercy. They will make you pay for any unforseen expense. I started with a $9000 estimate to move a one bedroom across the country. In the end it cost me $16000. What made this worse is items arrived damaged, broken and unusable. Some items never arrived.
