      The business committed to a full package service for termite treatment, insect and ******** repellant most notable an ant problem and a mole problem. I kept the service as for the first few months I like it and it seemed to be getting better but was never fully resolved. I was assured in time the problem would be solved. However the usual person that provided the service stopped coming and it was left up to a new set of guys and when they were there it was done in a few minutes rather than the normal routine.; the problem got worse and ***** and I spent time trying to get in touch with corporate emailing the local office and tries to get a resolution several times. Finally I asked them to honor their money back gaurantee and they refused. this was after unasnsered emailes.. double billing me one month. having a rude person be nasty to me and transfer me to nowhere after a 45 minute hold and finally the owner to finessed me on the phone only not to uphold the resolution we agreed to and after a year of service my problem is significantly worse and now I have been getting insects in the house. I went out and bought chemicals at the store and that did a better job. I would like to add that it got so bad out there that neither my Fiance nor I could sit outside because the mosquitoes and ants got so bad. The ants got so bad that my dog got into a fire ant hill and started screaming and her whole head swelled to the point where I had to take her to the emergency vet and suffer a large vet ****.I have tried to be patient and gain a resolution in all ways possible.       Customer agreed to a one year service agreement on 5/17/21. During the entire 12 months of service, customer never contacted our office or reported ******** problems. The first and only complaint and along with his request for refund came only after he received service for 12 months. Upon receiving his first complaint on 5/17/22 we immediately dispatched a service technician to resolve a reported pest issue in the customers's yard. At no time has this customer ever reported ******** issue inside of home. Customer has already disputed and received refunds from his bank. This morning customer wrote a 1 star ****** review on our company. Upon reviewing his review, I noticed that this customer has a long history of 1 star reviews on other vendors. We have cancelled his service for non-payment and we will not refund any money at this time.
