      I bought a new tankless water heater & was told that in addition to a tax credit there was a $600 manufacturer rebate & a $200 ******* rebate. I was quoted a price of ******* & later when I mistakenly texted & asked if they could do the job for $5800.00 rather than correcting me, a new quote for my signature was sent with the higher pricing. After the install I found out that neither of the rebates were available to me. These rebates were the sole reason I chose the more expensive tankless unit instead of a regular water heater. I had numerous issues with this install & when I tried to speak with the owner, he became bullying and cursed at me via text message. After my ****** review, I was contacted by a business assistant & told that the owner wanted to apologize, that they would refund the $800 I was supposed to get in ******** ****** wanted to give me a 1 yr. maintenance agreement so that any plumbing needs I had, I would not be charged the trip charge. I was told this on 1/26. To date 2/11 they have only refunded $300 & I was never contacted by the owner. They were upset to begin with because, I was told by the assistant, they had an employee that changed the unit I was quoted to a larger unit. I was told that employee was fired. I had to take extra time off of work, the plumber showed up without the necessary equipment and left the job for a substantial *** of time & the electrician they engaged didn't show up when promised. I therefore had to take extra time off of work. I was also told the inspection was scheduled when in fact the permit had never been approved & I had to find that out myself. This company is very unprofessional, unreliable, makes promises they don't keep, did not install equipment properly, & when you try to hold them accountable, they are immature and irrational. I would never recommend this company. I paid for a 15-year heat exchanger, 5-year parts & 1 year warranty that now I will never get because I cannot trust this company.
