  I have been trying since last Nov to have an issue with my siding corrected and a couple other issues. They just don't seem to care. After a few months someone finally came out and then didn't hear anything for a few weeks. It was then suggested that I contact another company because they were the ones who did the work. Green Exterior came to my house and that's who paid a lot of money to. If they subcontract to someone else that is not my problem. This company is horrible to work with. Their work overall is not good, but they don't care.

  That’s disheartening to hear. We do not subcontract so whatever is done is done by GXR. However we will reach out and see what the issue is. Green Exterior Remodeling offers a 1 year warranty on siding installs. Either way we still try to work with any clients and any issues, as we appreciate all of our clients. It is a holiday weekend however on Tuesday when we open we will reach out and see what the issue is and how we can handle it together. Thank you for your review and bringing this issue to our attention.

  GXR was one of the few remodeling companies that (A) responded to my request for a quote; and (B) didn't scoff when learning my project wasn't 6 figures. In such a competitive market, it's nice to have quality contractors that are willing to work within your budget and listen to your ideas. I'm extremely happy with the final product (siding, front porch, and back door awning) delivered by GXR. **** (sales) was very communicative during the design and closing phases of the project. He wasn't just trying to pitch the highest end projects, but really listened to my design considerations and helped me land on a quality, cost efficient project. **** (project manager) and his crew did amazing work. listened to what we were trying to do and gave us options around how we wanted it to look vs cost analysis. The project did take awhile to get started and interim communication wasn't always proactive on their end, but in this age of supply issues and a backlog of projects, it is understandable. Ultimately, what matters is the project was completed, the interactions were always friendly/professional, and I am happy with the complete transformation the work resulted in.

  Green Exterior is sure not to disappoint! I am and will be a repeat customer. The team were available with superb customer service and I was able to get my questions answered and the job was done in no time! I recommend their service to all my neighbors and friends. No stress...the team will definitely take care of your needs!

  GXR was great to work with from quote to completion. Great communication throughout the process and questions were answered promptly and completely either via the app or picking up the phone. They were very accommodating while we were away, and worked diligently even while away. We left and came back to a completed project. I would recommend their services to anyone, and will look to work with them in the future. You cannot beat the value proposition when working with them.
