    This is a small shop I found on Etsy. I love shopping with Etsy vendors as they are small owners who usually have great customer service and work with their clients. As i was placing the order, I was not notified of the date the product would arrive and needed by a certain date. Once I submitted the order, I realized it would not arrive on time. I contacted the owner immediately via the Etsy app, the owner replied the next morning stating the order had already been placed and they could not cancel the order. This is not accurate, it had been less then 24 hrs and the shop did not open until 9:00 am the next morning. The owner sent me a message at 9:15 saying the order was already being processed. They would not refund my order even though I contacted them immediately after placing the order and the shop was not even open until the next day at 9:00. There is no way the order had even started. Very disappointing that a small shop that thrives on individuals to purchase their product has a worse policy then large organization. The shop owner knows it was not true that the order was already being processed and could not be cancelled. They wanted their money and that was all that mattered.

    We really hate to hear that you had a bad experience with our shop. As we discussed, all of our products are personalized and made to order. It is stated in our shop policies and on each product page (available to read before you order) that we do not accept cancellations. Because we do have a quick processing time and it is the peak holiday season, our production team is working around the clock to process orders. 9:00 is when our customer service team "opens" and responds to messages. 

    Your message was sent over 24 hours after the order was placed. We did confirm that the order had already entered production and apologized for any inconvenience. We have our policies for a reason, as we are a small business. We hope you can understand.
