We purchased a wedding upfront from Champagne Manor and we were lied to from day 1. We were told our money was solely being used for renovations, which never happened. He constantly communicated lies, while fully knowing he was foreclosing and not able to fulfill any promises. He told us to report the charges as fraud rather than paying us back. We are going to lose 10k over this. The credit card company will not give the money back. He scammed us and we have a lot of proof wed love to share.

On 6/19/2024, I purchased couple tickets to the *************** at Champagne Manor for December 14, 2024. On 9/11/2024, I followed up on the admissions process after no longer seeing the purchase under my profile on their website and received confirmation with my order number which pulled up my purchase. Upon the week of the event, I received no additional notice until Dec 10th via email that the ball was cancelled. A very long explanation apologizing about being left off the original email notification and a promise of a refund an VIP tickets to any concert, per availability, at the ************. The response asked for me to verify receipt of the refund. I advised returning using the original method of purchase, no reply. Second email, I offered ***** but received no reply. I finally texted ***** ******** on December 17th in which he replied, Hi *****,Yes- we will get this done for you. Im out of the office right now but will make sure this gets done . I have not heard from him since that message. Then on December 29th, my email inquiry was met with a message that the office is closed for a family emergency. I would like to receive at least a refund as I am no longer interested in receiving my free VIP tickets and prefer not to attend any future events for Champagne Manor. The cost and details of the tickets are below. ************************************************************************************************************************* Our Bridgerton Ball is BACK!

The owner ***** ******** of Champagne Manor has filed for bankrupcy leaving 30 couples that were booked in the future without a venue and taking their money. My husband and I are friends with 3 of the couples and now they are venue less. He has blocked all of them through contact information and is unreachable for them. Ive called the number and it goes straight to voicemail. He is posting all the items from the venue on ******** marketplace and has told absolutely no one that the venue is closing. One of the couples we know paid $12,000 the day before he filed for bankruptcy literally STEALING their money. We need justice for this. For the $6,500 it is my husbands best friend who booked the wedding we are fighting for their money because they are like family to him. He has a receipt and invoice from the owner ***** ********.

I was then notified per email that it had been cancelled. i asked for a refund. none came. ***** ******* at the champagne manor hasn't refunded the money to the people who signed up for the Gatsby party this august 2024, the event was cancelled for the following reason: "not enough people".... they gave us the option to go to a concert VIP, or get refund, we chose a refund, we were then told it would happen........fast forward to December, we still haven't received our refund, we've gotten nothing but the run around by ***** and also another employee about the refund. We have heard everything you could imagine about WHY they can't get a refund; they act like they can't just give a refund back; it's about apple pay...Venmo....PayPal, etc..... it's all about running you around till you give up. The reviews on the website speak for themselves, ***** ******* is scamming people for his business ventures, he creates events to get money only to cancel them he's canceled several and I mean several events only to shaft people on the refunds they asked for, my wife and I are going on 6 months now with nothing but excuses, as per the reviews obviously Mr. ******* is very good at this. As a customer (never again) I would not in any way recommend champagne manor to even my worst enemy. A; B+ is way to high for this business if you look at it as a respectable business perspective, there's people out there that have never been refunded or had to wait YEARS to get refunded. All my wife and I wanted was a refund AND ***** ******* cant even do that.

On 2/11/2024 I paid a $5,000 security deposit to hold a all inclusive wedding package at their venue on June 9th, 2024. - In accordance with the payment schedule, I made a second payment on 3/8/2024 for $9,000.- In early April, they offered a promotion to provide a 10% cash back credit for any additional payments made ahead of time. I paid $10,000 to receive a $1`,000 credit. - Later on in April, they decided to offer a second Glass Ballroom promotion to expedite the installation process and offered a 25% cash back credit and other free products and services for extra payments made at that time. I made an additional $10,000 payment on 4/20/2024 for a $2,500 credit. - On June 7th, the owner, *************************, offered a $750 credit for the bounce house which was supposed to be included in the promotion but wasn't provided. - The total amount of payments and credits on my behalf was $38,250. - The final amount charges owed for products and services was $28,709 - The total amount owed back to me was $9,541, which according to our contract was supposed to be paid back 30 days before the wedding, which was 5/10/2024. - There was a failed payments on their behalf on 6/12/2024 and 6/20/2024. - After that, there have been numerous promises to make a payment by a certain date but was never resolved. - Only a $141 "test" payment was made on 7/15, making the remaining balance $9,400.
