    I had contacted At *************** to inquire about an in home nursing home for my father *********************. I had found the business on ******** and reached out to ******************* to ask if she could accept my dad and to learn more about the facility. I explained that my dad was in a skilled facility in ********* and location was important in it needed to be close to me. She explained it was a farm/rural environment and that interested me as my dad used to live in the mountains. She immediately sent me the intake forms and a PayPal link for a STAT assessment of which I paid $275. After researching her facility more that evening I became suspicious as the photos were "stock" and not many provided on her generic website. I contacted her and asked for a photo and she sent one that was a long range photo of the front of the house and also stated that I could not visit for the initial 90 days. My dad is very close to death and I am his sole family so I asked if I could have my money back (4/25/23) vis text as this would not be a good fit for him. She refused and said it was non-refundable and that she would meet with her board the following week. I reached out again on 5/10/23 to follow up and ******************* responded 5/11/23 claimed there system was down and be on the lookout for correspondence via text. I reached out again on 5/27/23 requesting follow up and NO response. I checked the ********************* website and I see where the business At Home Loving Care, LLC Sosid: ******* was listed as Dissolved after forming on 9/13/23. ******************* was listed as the Registered Agent.
