    We brought our UTV vehicle to Tint World to have a wrap done. While our vehicle was there, an employee took it for a joy ride and rolled it over on the asphalt, totaling the vehicle, doing over $30,000 worth of damage. The business wont even give us a refund for the money we gave them for the wrap so we paid over $1100 to have our vehicle wrecked. Was told the wrap would take two weeks, they had almost 6 weeks because after the wreck, someone tried to fix it, causing even more damage due to the person being extremely unqualified in these kids of repairs. Then upon delivery, the tech lied about the incident & handed the machine over hoping no one would notice. The frame was bent also, couldve caused my husband to get into a serious accident also! Now the business is being uncooperative in getting things resolved in a timely manner without us spending thousands of dollars to have our machine repaired/replaced.

    Hello, 

    My company and I worked with the client to come to an agreement that we would take care of this issue and damages through our insurance company. Accidents like this are why we pay for insurance, as the client was asking for an amount of money that was unreasonable, and that would not be something our business could pay. Therefore, we agreed with the client that we would have our insurance company take care of this. We explained what happened, and the insurance company then has been trying to contact the client and their attorney - but after multiple attempts over the last few weeks, the client and their attorney have not responded. Instead, the client has posted negative comments across the internet. We are not holding up a resolution, if anything we are actively working towards trying to resolve this through the best option - however the client has held things up by not cooperating with the agreed upon insurance process. As of 3/20, our Insurance agents are still awaiting a response to move this forward.
