    On August 10, 2023, I contracted *******************, President of Saber ********************************************* Leveling Services to fix a cracked concrete slab under my patio which was allowing water to flow towards my crawlspace. Enclosed is the contract Ms ******** that I signed and what ************* said she would do!*************/Saber, broke her contract with me on August 24, 2023, when she specifically drilled through my pavers contrary to what she stated in her contract which left the dirt under the concrete slab wet from the tropical storm and exposing my crawlspace to more water damage. August 25, she told me she couldnt return to my house to fill the drilled holes because of the approaching storm, I asked her if I should cover the patio and she said no! Did not hear anything further about my patio and work being done until she told me her team would be at my house on September 5 & 6, 2023, at which time I told her I wanted my deposit back!I have asked for my deposit back twice and have not received a cent. I am ************************************************************************************** and the aggravation this has caused me!I cant upload my proof it says my files are too large. Please call me with info of where to send my proof.
