  ***** and his team were very professional, helpful, patient in answering my questions and communicated very well. They were most helpful in working around my work schedule. Another employee was to come out and see all that I needed in replacing a very old gas furnace and A/C unit. The employee couldn't make it that day so ***** the owner came himself. In a couple of days he had a quote for me. As a couple of other companies said I need all new ductwork, ***** assured me my ductwork was fine and would repair if they found anything not up to how it should be. The crew that came to install were polite, knowledgeable and they took care of several items that was associated with the install but not part of their job. Lots of techs will tell you "that's not part of the job" no matter how small. That right there gives them 5 stars. Going outside of the box makes for great customer service. Unlike some people, I did my research before I committed to hiring them. ***** in the office is a wealth of knowledge and explains what you need or what your problem is. Having a licensed HVAC that goes by what is code is most important. Anytime you are dealing with electrical problems you want it done right and that might cost you to have trained professional not someone that does it on the side. Thanks ***** and team.

  Peace Heating and Air Conditioning is a top-notch company. When my heating stopped working earlier this week, they quickly got someone to my home to diagnose the issue. As a part had to be ordered for the repair, they even provided me with a few heaters to ensure my family was warm overnight. If you are looking for a company that cares about its customers, look no further.

  They are a rip off. They charged $918.03 to replace a capacitor and hard start. These are chap parts on line says between $9 and 25 dollars ( he charged $324.99 ) hard start kits from 15 to 34 bucks ( they charged ($340.99) . He was on job 15 min and these parts with installation should have been under 200 . Plus took many months to get actual invoice. Do not hire them . They said at first would work with us and correct bill but just kept putting us off. i was even willing to pay 1/2 but they never would get back to us. Do not use them I am older person and thought they would be good. I talked to many other companies and said would have been under $250 even on weekend service call. Please go to other honest people. What a shame was looking for some one we could trust for AC services.

With that said, we never do work that was not approved first by the client and have a signed proposal in hand before moving forward with the work. We did verify that we have a signed copy of the proposal which gave us the go ahead to complete the work requested. Lastly, invoices are emailed as soon as the work has been completed.We are a very upfront company and keep our prices very competitive for the industry standard.
