      If there was a minus star thats what I would give this company. **** does not stand behind his work. We have had many problems with our forever home. From the septic not being hooked up properly to a leaky roof which was installed incorrectly and after 2.5 yrs needs to be replaced. The vent in the laundry room wasnt completed so cabinets had to be taken out to find out the vent was never installed. He definitely doesnt know how to estimate a job because our home cost us over $100k more than estimated. Which included the well and grading. He hires subcontractors but never checks on their work. We should have never hired him. Please do your due diligence on your builder/ contractor. Make sure he gives you a warranty in writing on what he covers on your new home.
