    On January 8, 2025, I paid Thermal Shield X $800 to eliminate moles in my yard. ****** ***** positioned (5) traps (for a large yard)and told me to watch to see when traps were triggered. After 3 week and no moles were caught, he removed the traps and put (3) solar sensors in the yard. Moles dug tunnels beside the sensors but they remain in my yard now. That was his second visit. Then he said he would use spray to remove food source and poison and would alternate from week to week. He did this 3 times and did not come back for a month. I called him and he said death in the family got him behind. He came 3 more time to spread something and did not come back. This time he said he was in an accident. The moles are worse then ever because he has not been here. I requested my $800 be refunded. I have records of times he was here along with security cameras.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am concerned that the refund will never happen once I accept the offer. There are other complaints against this company for not following through on promised refunds.
