      Ive been a client of this lawn company for over a year. On 05/22/25, their crew destroyed my established medicinal herb garden by weedwhacking the entire areawithout notice, despite me being home at the time. The garden was located in a clearly defined hardscaped area and had been undisturbed for over a year. These plants were grown intentionally and with great care as part of my herbal business and academic classes as a professor. No one from the company notified me of the damage. I discovered it on my own after the crew left. The manager, ***** left a brief voicemail and then called my husband. After we sent photos and explained the business use of the plants, she called again. I was on speakerphone when I overheard her say seriously? to someone in the backgroundmocking the situationbefore taking the call.When I joined the call, **** immediately shifted blame, saying the plants shouldve been marked or noted in the file. She raised her voice, interrupted me, and mocked the importance of my work. I pointed out that their crew had never pulled weeds from that area before, and the plants were clearly organized and established. She did not respond, and only later apologized after I asked to speak to someone above her.This was not just a misunderstandingit was a serious failure of professionalism, customer service, and accountability. Im requesting a refund or compensation for the season's loss, and a formal apology for the way the situation was handled. Additionally, I request that **** be removed from client-facing communications, and that this company implements a clearer process for identifying and respecting cultivated garden spaces. This situation has caused undue stress and business loss, and I am asking for the company to make it right.

      Hello,I recently noticed several of my plants and shrubs were cut down significantly. Since I do my own lawn care I initially suspected it was an animal. After reviewing my RING camera I found out it was Dalacasa, who was not invited or contracted to be on my property. When I called them they said it was a ************** that was done to my property by mistake and they would not charge me for it. Understand that they cut most of my plants which I was trying to grow bigger almost all the way down . Now I have terrible looking landscaping. I asked them for $200 to help replace what they wrecked. They told me they would not do this and that it would look better eventually. I'm outraged that a business can get away with this mistake and then tell me they won't charge me for it. I feel wronged now that my landscaping looks terrible because of their mistake that they won't help resolve. I did not ask for this service.Thanks for your consideration.***********************

      We are currently working with the property owner to redress their concerns with compensation as requested since we performed this service on their property in error. The address we had in our customer-management system for requested work in the *** common area was incorrectly tied to the customer's property, which was previously a community showcase home that we had serviced for the ***. The address issue has been corrected in our system. We are confident that the pruned plants will respond with much vigor in the growing season to be ****** than if left untouched, but the homeowner is free to use the compensation to replace affected plantings on their own if so desired, and we apologized for the mistake.
