    We had this company, Growing Green Landscaping LLC, perform a hardscape and landscape project in our backyard around our existing pool. We spent thousands of dollars for the patio and landscaping. The companys contract clearly stated that all shrubs and plants are warrantied for a year. Over the course of the Summer, several of the shrubs and plants died even with daily care, watering and feeding when needed. We have reached out to the business owner, *************************, to inform him of this and provided him with pictures and proof of all the dead and dying *********. We have had to deal with a very arrogant and obnoxious business owner since day one throughout the project and did not leave off on the friendliest terms. We do not want this business owner back on our property. We have asked him for the information we need to get the shrubs replaced; ie: garden centers he used and information we need to provide to them in order to get replacement shrubs. We told him we would take the dead shrubs back to the garden centers ourselves and replant the replacement shrubs in order to avoid anymore uncomfortable altercations with this business owner. We just want him to stand by what he stated he would do in his contract and at the present time he is giving us a hard time insisting that he needs to come and assess the situation. The owner is very loud and boisterous and has exuded obnoxious and arrogant behavior from day one. It is our right as a homeowner to choose not to allow him back on our property. We paid him also to fix our sprinkler system during the project in the backyard and he messed it up even more and when asked if he was going to come back and finish the repair, he said he was not going to be married to our sprinkler system. I had to pay another company to come in and repair the damage he caused. I feel if we allow him to come back on our property it would pose a threat to myself and my husband.

    • Access to the property to assess the decaying plants would be needed to uphold the guarantee offered by the business.
    • A check in the amount of $800.00 was provided to the consumers towards the repurchasing of the described plants in the complaint.
