      **** in *** tried to charge me $107 for state inspection and did 1 of the 7 services required for the ****** ***** I didnt actually need an oil change for another 2000 miles but went ahead bc it was there. Huge waste of time and money. Its a fraudulent operation. Luckily the ***** guy did his best to rectify but the dealership should be embarrassed. .

      Dishonest - both my salesmen - and the sales manager - they literally have not returned my phone calls after I spent ******k with them - wow - just wow - all over a key fob - lol - I cant understand losing a future customer and hurting a businesses reputation over a key fob

      I purchased a used car, was told car was repaired before I picked up car, still having same problems with car, getting the runaround from management. **************** is horrible. I just wish they stood behind what the dealership was build on

      I wanted to cancel the ************* and Pre-Maintenance warranties I purchased on a new Tahoe in February of 2023. I sent ***** in financing who done my paperwork an email in May asking how to go about this with no response. So I called the company that issued the warranties informed them that I wanted to cancel them, sent an email to the dealership with no response so they told me I can fill out a cancellation form which they sent me and within a week or so they were canceled in June.Another week or two passed and I called the warranty company asking about the status of the refund which I was informed that the dealership has to refund me the money. I called the dealership in July was explaining to the lady who answered the phone my situation and she said ***** was who I was told handles the refunds and transferred me to her line she didnt answer. I left a message with no call back yet. Theyre quick to take your money but not quick when it comes to refunding your money back to you!

      I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from this organization a month ago. The vehicle needed service before delivery. They cashed my check immediately instead of waiting until delivery. (First issue). There was minimal communication and false timelines given.(second issue). Vehicle was delivered with paint damage, dirty, with only half of the services completed, and with malfunctioning keys.(third issue). Finally vehicle was delivered, again with poor communication as to time of delivery. Keys still not operating properly.(fourth issue). Now after repeated voicemails left, no communication. Go figure I will have to Pursue legal remedy because their customer service is terrible. I will not recommend ever doing business with this organization!

      Deceitful and **************** My husband and I recently put a deposit down on a new vehicle. We were provided email confirmation that our deposit was received along with the window sticker confirming the features and Vin number. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, our name was written in pen on the window sticker. We contacted the salesman and let him know when we would be in the dealership to actually purchase the vehicle. On the day before we arrived, the dealership sent our salesman on an out of town trip and sold the vehicle. We were notified by our salesman that the vehicle had been sold. When the sales manager was contacted, we were told that a mistake had been made and the vehicle had actually been ordered by another customer. So, in actuality, the vehicle had two deposits on it. No one from the dealership called to let us know about the confusion and offer a solution.The sales manager offered to help us place a new order. Why would we order from a company who was unable to track deposits and risk having the same situation occur
