I ordered a ************************** hat for my son for his bday on March 29, 2024. He specifically asked for this hat. The total was $33.02 and they took their money from my bank acct on THAT DAY. Their shipping policy, which I noted bc I wanted to make sure it would be here in time for his bday, states 4-6 business days after ordering, excluding weekends, holidays. March 29th was a Friday and the following Monday was being observed for Easter, but I am not sure if they were closed on this day April 1st. I waited until the following Saturday, April 6th to send an email just politely asking the status of the order, as I had checked the acct on their website to see if there was an update and shipping information. The email I received was a cut and paste of their shipping policy, which I already knew. No name, no ph # or anything. I waited a couple of more days, checked the status again, and it was still showing the order placed and paid for, but no shipping. By this time, it's way outside of their shipping policy. I sent 2 more emails with no response from them. The last email I demanded a refund, and they still have not responded. I have been forced to open a dispute through my bank, have my bank card cut off, to get my money back, as they have YET to ship the hat and my son's bday is THIS WEEK. I have my emails to prove they won't respond, and the resp from my bank said they have never heard of a company trying to pull something like this. I don't know if this company is fraudulent, I wouldn't think so with it being linked to ******* but I have never had a legit company take my money, not respond to emails, not ship my order. Of note, I could not find even a phone number for this place, so BUYER BEWARE OF www.shopmartintruexjr.com because they may take your money as well. It's in my bank's hands now and I will NEVER purchase anything MTJ related AGAIN!!!! Total nightmare and now my son is very upset as well. "Thanks alot" MTJ Merchandising or whatever you call yourselves.
