    Had a appointment on 11/24/23 my mother had passed and I was having it hard . Showed up waited and then they asked for a urine test I have been taking this medication for 10 years or more . Well I couldn't pee so I asked if I could come back another day for the screening. They said yes so they gave me 8:00 am on 11/28/23 knowing I would be completely out of my medication for 3 days by then . Doctor told me come pee in a cup and she would call in my medication. So I went Showed up at 8:00 am and took the test and I have been all day without it being sent to my pharmacy to fill . They know I'm totally out and that my mother just passed I'm laying around in pain can't go to work for hurting so bad and they act like it doesn't matter at all . So if they are not going to fill my medication just because I had to come back cause my mother passed at least they can give me back the money they are stealing from me it ant right to treat people like this and make they suffer and sick like they don't care anything at all about you

    I have received the above compliant. Since this is a medical practice, I am bound by ***** rules and regulations. I am unable, due to *****, to disclose if the above-mentioned patient was a patient at CPWL. I have submitted a copy of our Opioid Agreement. This is an agreement that is reviewed and signed by every patient in this clinic who is prescribed opioid based medications. Should a patient violate this agreement, opioid based medications are discontinued. If illicit substances are used or if the patient becomes abusive to the staff, the patient will be discharged from the clinic. If the patient was evaluated by the provider, they will be charged for the visit. Should a person be willing to sign a ***** waiver we will always be willing to discuss any case in detail. Please see attachments for the Opioid Agreement and the ***** waiver.
