      My last thrree orders have all been late and didn't reach me until days after it was due to arrive. I placed my last order: GSSP5705 - 16 Jun, 2025 on June 16, 2025. It was due to arrive on Monday June 23, 2025. And as much as it pains me to have to wait a week for an item they keep in stock and shouldn't take that long to get two states away from ********, I take the bullet each time. However, it's days late, and tracking it thru the mail only tells me it's delayed. They claim it's on it's way, but from the tracker info, it's still in ********, which is where GSSP Papers is located. I tried to call this company to find out some info, but the listed phone number gives you a voicemail that picks up on the first ring and tells you to leave a message. No customer service help, nobody calls you back, nobody responds to your emails, just..."leave a message." I started doing business with these folks earlier this year around Februart when I found out that their prices are better than those of both ****** and ******. However, the price of late deliveries, and untrackable information is causing me to lose customers, and hold operations of my business up. It's not cool to leave people out here wondering when you'll get your merch, while you hold it hostage as if it's ok to make people wait, have to refund customers and delay completion of orders. And they must really know they **** because ****** won't even let you leave a review. And if I could, I would trash them worst than the trash man in every neighborhood of the country. It's not fair, it's upsetting, and not being able to do anything about it really stinks. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
