    *** ****** is a *****! He offers a service and if decide after he provides a service your not happy he charges you anyways. I signed up for a coaching course had my first coaching session and was not impressed with the system. *** then called me numerous times to strong arm me into staying on so he could keep my money. I was well within my 30 day window to terminate my membership. Its states in their small print members can terminate for any reason! But, they have to pay a termination fee of $3500!! He charged me this even after no services were rendered! That not a professional business model that people need to be signing up for! At no time did *** or *** state there was a termination fee to get out of a contract! Paying his company for services I was not happy with and then try to strong arm me into staying should be investigated and charged for misrepresentation! I expect the BBB to handle this in a way that put his company on a spotlight for scamming people out of their hard earned money!!

    Overall horrible customer service and experience.Estimator showed up 3 hrs early for appt; was not able to discuss with estimator the desired services.Provided written estimate for only 2 of the 3 requested services.Can never reach a person in the office; always have to leave a message and wait for a return phone call.During scheduling of services, company stated they could not honor the written estimate, verbally stated they would have to charge me more than the written estimate amount.Scheduling of services was a nightmare.The various departments don't communicate with each other - customer service vs. estimators vs. scheduler.Escalated concerns to manager. Manager was rude on the phone; made excuses; didn't offer a solution.Escalated matter to President of company. President of company would not honor the pricing provided in written estimate.

    We do apologize for your experience. We will take full responsibility for any communication errors on our part. During the estimating process, we do let the customer know you do not have to be home as we take the measurements & will send the estimate over by email however, it does how that our estimator spoke with your husband upon arrival. Addressing the pricing concerns, you estimate was given during our **** email promotion as followed:Schedule any Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, or a Dryer Vent Cleaning & get a 2nd service HALF OFF*! This offer is only valid for the next 7 days!*2nd service must be equal or lesser value & the service must be completed in August of 2024. Job min of $299. *Does not included ProGuard Gutter Protection or Lighting. *Half off up to $150 Your estimate included Proguard which was not included in the **** as stated in the email. You asked for the service to be scheduled in *************** removed gutter cleaning service only leaving your window cleaning so since you only had one service you did not qualify for the buy one get one service half off promotion. We will use your experience as a learning tool on how we can improve communication in our office.
