      I purchase a dehumidifier in the Spring of 2022 from Pro Environmental Services. When the person came to install the product, I asked him some questions concerning the dehumidifier and inquired on how soon should I have the system inspected, he recommended to have the system check out within a year to make sure everything was working correctly. In the Spring of 2023, I called Pro Environmental to make an appointment for an inspection; the person who answered the phone told me that someone would call me back within the week to let me know what time they would be there. Over a month later, no one has return my call for an service inspection. So, I called a second time and precisely let the person know what happen early concerning the overlook appointment. Once more, she stated that someone would call me back within the week to make an appointment for the inspection; yet again over 30 days later, there has been no response to my request for service.

      We did receive the phone calls from ******************* and she is currently on our board to schedule this service so she has not been overlooked. At the time of the service we will change the dehumidifiers filters and check for any issues with the equipment.  This is an optional after market service that we  offer to our customers for and additional fee and is not included in the original scope of work for which ******************* was invoiced in 2022. ******************* has not invoiced her for this after market service call as it has not been completed as of yet so we can not offer her a discount. We are (like many other businesses) currently very short handed and are doing our best to get our customers scheduled as quickly as possible but at this time we are approximately 6 to 8 weeks out. All we can do is apologize for the delay and get her scheduled as soon as possible or she has the option to find another company to do this service for her.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I initially called Pro Environment for an appointment in March of 2023 and now it is currently August of 2023, therefore, it's well beyond the 6 to 8 weeks of waiting period. So, definitely my call for service was overlooked and, I no longer want their business, I prefer a company that can be honest with their customers.

       We did responded to all your calls and were honest that we would let you know when we got you scheduled. Unfortunately as your service was an inspection and filter change your scheduling would have been scheduled after those clients that had called to schedule before you called and also was delayed in order for us to help those clients that had mold issues and or emergency water issues. Unfortunately the latter would take priority as they are emergency issues. This is not an excuse just an explanation. As we stated in the last response we understand your frustration and we sorry that you feel this way and all we can do is apologize.
