  Nick's Guns and Gear is awesome. **** has always been honest and professional. His prices have always been fair and reasonable. I would recommend Nick's Guns and Gear to everyone.

  First of all, **** is a very nice guy. Professional and courteous, seemingly knowledgeable of his industry. However, many products in his store are extremely overpriced and are very low quality junk parts hes bought online. He eloquently describes his shop as being full of high quality products for reasonable prices, but it couldnt be farther from the truth. I spent $240 for parts that wouldve cost $60 online with free shipping. One of the parts was damaged in the original packaging and I only found this when I got home. But he has a strict no return policy and refused to make it right. So I got a $30 broken part that I paid $100 for and have no recourse on getting it amended. The shop is nice and he has a great selection, free coffee, and nice people. But it doesnt make up for ridiculous prices and swindling less knowledgeable customers into buying junk for sky high prices for it. I wouldve rather him be rude and tell me to my face that hes scamming me.

  In response to ******* ****:Firstly, this man has harassed two of our female employees in the past outside of this shop. Moreover, there have been many other people express their annoyance, contempt, and disdain towards Mr. ***** behavior in his recent ******** posts. In the comments, he even admitted that he was several beers deep while posting these malicious and false statements. He has now been banned from ******** Sites for his Hate Speech. Not only has Mr. **** made several false statements about Nicks Guns and Gear, but he has also authored many disturbing and erroneous statements about me personally. He has a habit of posting exceedingly negative reviews of local ***************, **, businesses. I spent quite some time assisting Mr. **** after closing hours because he stated that his friends had made fun of him for buying an inferior AR from a different establishment. He also claimed to have been shamed into buying a ****** Defense from yet another store, because his friends thought it was a better gun. He had many questions, and I took the time to answer all of them even while other customers were waiting. I do not believe I could have been any more accommodating to him. Eventually, Mr. **** selected a new stock, new iron sights, and a new magazine for his rifle. All items were in brand new untampered packaging. He seemed very pleased with his purchase.A day later, Mr. **** returned with the iron sights, which had been severely damaged. He requested a refund, despite the several signs I have posted clearly stating that we do not offer refunds. When hearing of our policy, especially referring to the damaged goods, he said, well thats on me. He left the store and the next morning posted his long, false and exaggerated account of what happened.I would like to thank all of the customers and patrons, as well as friends that have supported me through this. Thank you for defending me against these ridiculous statements made by ******* ****.
