      Budget Blinds tried several times to go to ******************** home to rectify any concerns he was having with the Vertical Blinds he purchased. At the initial installation, we did need to get two verticals remade due to manufacturing error. When we went back with the remakes, we completed the installation. The customer was dissatisfied with his selection. Since that time we have scheduled with ****************** several times to address his issues, but each time he has canceled. We are more then willing to discuss this with ******************** anytime. He may call us at ************ and we will get this resolved for him.

      Hired Budget Blinds out of Morehead City NC to put blinds in 90% of our new home. Was promised that they would be guaranteed way past our life span. In spring cleaning, noticed that several windows on the front of my home had holes drilled into the hind but no screws were ever installed.
      I called to make an appointment to have the initial screws that were not installed put in properly and was told 2 different occasions, they would have to charge me to come out.
      We spent a lot of money on the custom made shutters.
      Another window shutter is starting to sag. I'm not sure what we have as a remedy for this. I plan to put pictures on the internet so other customers can see. I'm shocked that I have to pay for someone to come back and do the job correctly. Amazing.

We have been in business for over 17 years and pride ourself on the quality of our products and service. If you would like to speak to me directly my phone number is ************.       Please know that your shutters are warrantied for life by the Manufacturer against color change and defects. Because your shutters were originally installed in November 2021, we typically charge a trip charge to examine and correct any issues. Environmental changes in the structure of the house, window casings, and other factors can often affect the appearance of a shutter rather than the shutter actually sagging.
