    Poor installation of the structural protect such as siding and wood floors.Very poor finishing work on a newly built home. Wood flooring that does not go all the way under the baseboards Cracking in the mansion work on the flagstone on the front of the house. Allowing water to get behind the flagstone Large gaps between the siding and house allowing moisture and pest to have direct access to the structure of the house. Rain gutters not connected to the drain pipes Desk railing installed incorrectly leaving the plastic mounts visable Paint all over the hardwood flooring Damage to the shower bed before we moved into the house.During the inspection it was called out about water entering the crawl space. The builder said they fixed but did not and cost me extra after the home purchase to fix correctly
