      Ive contacted Herron Heating & Cooling, LLC on two different occasions. The first occasion was the summer of 2024. My ac pipes were froze up and lost all freon. The amount they charged me for the freon was an astonishing 300% mark up. I took the issue straight to Colt Herron, where he worked with me in lowering the extreme mark up on freon. I still paid an outrageous price in my opinion. The second occasion was on July 7, 2025, where a technician from Herron Heating & Cooling, LLC said the damper motor was malfunctioning. So I had them replace it. After receiving a bill through email and the price of the part was again a huge mark up on price. I searched the internet on the exact same part and sku number that was installed. There was 100% mark up on the damper motor that was replaced. Herron Heating & Cooling, LLC isnt a small time business and I know parts are ordered in bulk which saves them money so the 100% mark up Im seeing is probably much greater. I do not recommend Herron Heating & Cooling, LLC for any **** services. Making a living is one thing, taking advantage of people is a terrible way to run a business.
