    Regarding Singleton Heating & Cooling in ********* ** ***** On 12/13/22 ******** gave me an estimate on a new ******* furnace and air conditioner. Installed on 12/20/22. I paid him by check when he was finished ********. He cashed the check the next day. Deficiency in companies performance is as follows;He had no contract, warranty or invoice Ready upon completion. I trusted his word when he said he was going to email me the warranty and invoice when he got home. He didnt do it. I text and left him messages with either no reply or I will take care of it on a certain date.which never happened. Except he finally on 1/7/23 sent me the paid invoice but thats it. I had to get the warranties from ******* Manufacture myself. I was able to get the serial number off the air conditioner. But i had to keep leaving messages or text to ******** for the serial number off the furnace because I couldnt get to it as the furnace is in a crawl space and I had no idea where to look for it. Im a 72 year old woman and I should not have been put through all this stress and anguish for a service I paid for. He finally sent another employee over to get the serial number off the furnace.On 5/8/23 I called ******** to schedule an appointment for him to come by and adjust the air conditioner before the weather got hot because he couldnt do it in December because it was too cold. He made a point to tell me not to turn it on until he adjusted it. He didnt return my call and when we finally got to talk he was suppose to come by the next day, but didnt.So again i was put off.Request partial refund and adjust the air conditioner as promised.

    Please let the record show that we will be coming to ********************* Home tomorrow Thursday the 1st to ensure all the well with her AC System. This should resolve the issue. I will also message her to let her know our arrival to make sure she is aware and ready for our arrival. Thank you so much for reaching out.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    A settlement has not been reached.

    And not enough notice to come here to insure the system is working properly upon start up. An appointment would be preferable.
