  Have used Home Remedy, *** for both my home (roof/gutters) as well as numerous large projects at my church. These included roofing, guttering, vinyl siding and painting. Recently this company completed a major restoration of the front of the church including the steeple. ***************** was prompt, polite, efficient and performed all aspects of their work above expectations. The owner of this company was present to inspect the work the last day to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Have found Home Remedy, *** provides quality work at a reasonable and fair cost. Highly recommend Home Remedy, ***.

  My blood boils when I think about the experience we had with this company. For starters, they did not show up the day they told us they would start (7 months after we gave them $21000 deposit). Three days later they tore off the roof (tearing up our new driveway on the way out after we told them about the sharp curve and please go out the other exit) and told us the new roof would be completed the following Wednesday. We were scheduled to go out of town and thought better of it when work on the roof was not going as we were told. A smart move because with some big storms we ended up with water in the house and were here to prevent damage. ******* went on vacation that week after stating he would go nowhere til our roof was completed. The next week we were informed that there was a shortage of roof material - not enough was ordered. ******* assured us daily the material would be delivered with in the next few days. Two weeks, and several rain storms, later, the materials were delivered. If we had know it was going to be so long we would have insisted on a tarp to protect our roof. Fortunately the roofing crew cared and did an amazing job, but it took them two more weeks to finish. 39 days start to finish.... Throughout the entire ordeal ******* either ignored our calls, emails and texts, or just plain lied to us. We were not informed as to what was going on and left frustrated and afraid of rain on a daily basis. He minimally compensated us for the driveway damage and frustration we dealt with. If things go well I am sure he is wonderful to work with - just hope no kinks arise because you will be sorry you used this company. After waiting a while for him to send the warranty he finally emailed us something that did not make sense to us. Our email we sent six days ago requesting more information is still unanswered.

  Good evening ***** I want to first say how sorry I am this job did not go as we had planned for it too. I totally understand how frustrated you were, I was equally, if not more so frustrated. First of all, we waited for almost 5 months for the specialty color of metal you ordered to come in after this we had unprecedented amount of rain in the high country from April to July, which caused further delay. After the metal finally arrived, and we began installation we were severely shorted on our metal order by the manufacturer. They completely left out almost 40% of the material we needed to do this roof. We install, but we could as we were promised by the supplier day after day for weeks that the metal was on the way but still did not arrive. Its only compounded the anxiety and frustration you and I were both experiencing . During this time rain did come in problems occurred and we handled them the best we could. You were super nice to our installers as they also waited and waited for the materials needed to arrive. Needless to say, we have severed all ties with the supplier and have since found a new source for all our Metal Roofing needs . The scrape in the blacktop driveway was accidental and we compensated you $1000 for the repair we compensated you a total of $3281 off of the bill for the driveway and the aggravation you went through. Everything that took place it was a result of things our company couldnt control whether material supplier, etc. at the end of the day you do have a beautiful standing seam metal roof with a full 40 year warranty what you said yourself youre very pleased with how the roof looked and turned out. I do greatly wish we did not have the setbacks that caused everyone so much aggravation, this is not the normal experience our clients have which our other, hundred and 24 or so five star reviews on ****** will attest to.
