  I had windows installed by this gentleman and 1 Of the windows broke last year it does not slide up and stay up. When I called him he said he would be out in acouple of wks he had to order the part. I never heard from him that Until I called him back which talk to me 3 to 4weeks later, He told me he was ordering the part to fix it and that he would send the guy out to fix it In a couple of weeks because he had a job out this way....this never happened. I called This man 4 more times after that and it was always an excuse. I'll be out there in a couple of weeks or I'm not taking a job out that way, I'm not working over there.... he refuses to come out and repair the job. I didn't complain when the windows still leaked cold air . I didn't complain about anything. I was just happy to have new windows in because of the **** windows that were in the house at the moment. I am a senior citizen, I live on a pension and when I pay for my stuff. I expect the same quality back as I gave the people that come work at my house. When he came out to assess a job he stepped on plants he broke my Outdoor solar lights that was in the front of the house. And all this time. I'm looking at him and saying you're breaking you're killing my plant and you're breaking my light. I repeated that to him 4 times. I don't know if the man's high. I don't know if he's sick got a health issue but he does not pay attention. He's all sweet when he comes out with his crew to fix the problem but they destroy your window frames They jerk the windows out and When they're done tearing your window frame up your repairing the wood damage that they did to the window frame . I started calling him in september 2022. His sales rep **** guaranteed me when I bought the original windows that the man was honest and good and hard working and Yeah he showed up to put a man but forget about fixing the damage or anything else that was left behind.

  Ross Windows *** does not honor their warranty! Ross Windows' owner is a very rude and an unreasonable person to work with, he talk to his customers very impolitely, to say the least. He has hung up on me and cursed me on the phone. I have tried to deal with him in getting our windows replaced after originally ordering 'special order' windows with a baked on finish, which did not hold up. He initially came and measured our windows and said he had reordered them. After several months, I called to check the status and he got very angry and admitted that he actually never ordered the windows. I was beyond disbelief!!! I then called the manufacturer of the windows, whereby they in turn called him. Shortly afterwards he called me back and said he wanted to do the right thing and replace the windows. I waited another six weeks and called to check on an approximate date they may be in and he talked horribly to me! He's a very angry person. I can't understand how he stays in business. I hope this review helps people be aware of this business, stay away from Ross Windows, *********, **
