Signed our daughter up for Blue Line Aviation in **********, ** and her first day was **** 19,2023. Within 3 days she decided it was not for her and didn't return. We have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls asking for our refund. The contact states any refund due will be paid within 120 days of student dismissal. We finally received a refund letter dated July 24, 2023 but at the bottom in the fine print it states "By signing this, we mutually agree to waive this charge and neither party owes the other." We questioned that meant and they replied back with "I can have this worded differently if you wish" and we replied with YES. A few days later they resent the refund letter, and we returned it on Sept 18, 2023. Our 120 days were up, and we called on Oct 19, 2023 asking where was our refund and they told us it was sent. We called Oct 19, 2023 told them that the money was not received. We were then told that they were having issues processing refunds with the loan company and that it was coming in a few days. After phones calls to the loan company, they told us that there are not any issues with refunds. The founder of Blue Line Aviation then told us on Oct 25,2023 that they are having issues with FMS Bank, and they are holding their money.

I have emailed Blueline Aviation on 9/13/23, 9/22/23 and 9/29/23 trying to find out when my refund will occur and also the amount. I do understand it will take time to get my refund, but I want to know the amount and approximate date to expect it... They have not responded to any of my emails, nor have they responded to the three messages I have left. This is causing me great distress with the amount of money they need to refund me because my son left the pilot program at their school.I paid them $8000 one payment, $55,000 another and then $22,000 for a total of $85,000 dollars!I don't feel it is an unreasonable request to know the amount I am due back from my son leaving and also the date it will be issued... I notified this school my son was unhappy and getting sick flying after his first day.... he then tried for a week and continued to get ill... we had no choice but for him to leave the program

I am writing to discuss a matter regarding the fees I paid for the flight school program at BlueLine. I recently enrolled in your flight school program and paid a total of $15,700 as outlined in our contractual agreement. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to attend the program as planned. I do understand that the initial $3,000 payment is non-refundable, and I fully acknowledge and accept that term. However, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that the remaining $12,700 was intended as payment for the program itself, which I did not have the opportunity to complete. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the $12,700 portion that was designated for the program.I have been waiting on this refund for more than 3 months now. I understand that you guys have a wait period for processing but yet its past that time and I still have received anything from you or blueline aviation.

Hello, I am reporting Blue Line Aviation. I am from *** ***** and I decided to go to flight school out of state in North Carolina, I signed a contract saying that I would be attending once my private pilot was done and then I would finish my other ratings there in August so I paid my deposit of $2,500. My private pilot check ride got canceled twice and then my grandpa got cancer in November. For each situation I was in full contact with the school and informed them I would need to push back my start date. Once my grandpa got cancer I decided I needed to stay in *** ***** to help and be here with him in his last moments, I informed them that I would not be going to their school. They informed me that it was fine and that they would handle it. In January I received my first statement from ******* the loan company I was going to use. I called ******* and informed them that I never went to the school and they told me that it was fine, they just needed the school to tell them that I never went. Both myself and ******* have been trying to get in contact with Blue Line Aviation since January, ******* hasn't heard anything and I received a counter offer letter saying I still owed them $9,000 and that they wouldn't be returning the full loan amount of $91,677.97. My credit score has dropped drastically because "I" am late on a loan that I never saw the money for. The money went straight to Blue Line and now they are refusing to answer my emails. I am in desperate need of help because I can't go to flight school in *** ***** until the situation goes away. I would appreciate any assistance available.
