    Dear ***/Madam, I was resident of TreyBrooke from 05/18/22 to 05/17/23. The apartment was not on good condition when I moved in. It was not clean and had damaged instruments like stove/range. Move-in form was filled in and submitted to apartment management accordingly. I also shoot video of entire apt during move in. Several service requests were raised to fix the range /stove during the residency. However this was never solved. One day there was short circuit in stove and it lit fire. After that I stopped using the stove and used alternate portable stove. Finally my lease term completed and I left. Although the apartment was not clean during my move in I still cleaned all apartment from professional cleaners before move out. I even paid additional money for carpet cleaning. I have attached bill for same. I do not have itemized bill for now but have requested same from cleaners. I do have their name and number. Few days after I received Move-out form from apartment management refusing to return $200 security deposit and demanding charges for issues which were already present even before I moved in. Worth to mention there were other issues present during my residency. 1. My car parked in assigned parking spot was damaged by painters painting the building. 2. Coaxial cables around the building for high speed internet were cut by management citing asthetic reasons. No alternate provision was made. I was left without internet and my work was impacted i would like to receive $200 security deposit from TreyBrooke and waive off all other charged which they have added in move out form. If possible I would also like to demand reasonable inconvenience charges for holding my deposit and for mental harrasment done by Treybrooke management during and after lease term Thanks Pritam
