I had taken 8 CE credits for my State of VT license on 12-23-2024 and also had taken some CE credits for my TX license #*******. The State of Vermont only shows 3 CE credits posted out of the 8 and the State of Texas classes that I had taken on 12-24-2024 do not show up with the State of Texas as completed. I contacted this company's ***** number of ************ and was on hold for 11 minutes and eventually hung up as it appears that there are no **************** Agents to help. I clicked the reset password link and no link was provided even though I clicked the link multiple times and no e-mail showed up in my e-mail address. Your phone number for this business, ************ on the ************************** web site has been disconnected. I cannot e-mail customer service as I need to reset my password to even e-mail customer service. I hope that the ******************** can help get the credits that I paid for credited to my licenses for the State of VT and the State of Texas as I cannot get thru to anybody and this company has poor customer service where they cannot be contacted or not able to answer the phone and only credited 3 out of the 13 credits that I have taken. Please help me deal with this inept company.
