    On 1/23/24 we received an email from: ***** ***** / Coordinator - Credit and Collections with Accu-Tech Corporation Regarding: ************** on our Acct #*************** CABLING SOLUTIONS (PCS) Transaction# ********* for $-2,501.00 & Transaction# ********* for $-2,152.22 Total Refund/Overpayment Due $-4,653.22. On 1/23/24 PCS returned the requested information to process the refund. On 2/5/24 PCS requested the refund status. On 2/5/24 Accu-Tech replied: The refund request was submitted today, It will be about 30 days when you see the refund. On 3/6/24 PCS 2nd Request Refund Status (No Response) On 5/16/24 PCS 3rd Request Refund Status On 5/20/24 Accu-Tech replied: I've reached out to our accounting ***** to get an update on the refund. Sorry its taking so long. I will let you know once its processed. Thanks On 6/4/24 PCS 4th Request Refund Status (No Response) On 6/27/24 PCS 5th Request Refund Status On 6/28/24 Accu-Tech replied: This will go out on Monday On 7/23/24 PCS 6th Request Refund Status (No Response) On 8/9/24 PCS 7th Request Refund Status (no Response) As of 11/26/24 we have still not received the refund for our Account Credit of $4,653.22
